Day Pass: 11th-12th October 2025
Join us for this year’s Wander Yogi Festival, where we explore the profound wisdom of “The 8 Limbs of Yoga” and their presence in our daily lives. From the ancient text “Yoga Sutras” of Patanjali, one of the pillars of the yogic tradition, we learn that more than just postures on the mat, yoga is a way of being—guiding us in our thoughts, actions, and interactions with the world.
Through a weekend of immersive experiences, including asana practice, meditation, breathwork, philosophy talks, and mindful living workshops, we will journey through each limb, discovering how yoga extends far beyond physical movement.
Yamas & Niyamas – Ethical principles and self-discipline in relationships and personal growth, exploring the foundations of a conscious lifestyle;
Pranayama – The power of breath in emotional balance and vitality;
Asana – Movement as a tool for connection and inner awareness;
Pratyahara – Moving inward, withdrawing from distractions to cultivate inner peace;
Dharana & Dhyana – Focus concentration and meditation as paths to clarity and presence;
Samadhi – A deep state of harmony and unity.
Yoga is more than just movement—it’s a path toward a balanced and meaningful life, and the ancient wisdom guides us beyond the mat into a life of awareness, purpose, and connection.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting your journey, this festival offers a space to experience, reflect, and integrate yoga into your everyday life.
Let’s walk this path together. Let’s embody yoga in its fullest expression!

REBOZO MASSAGE
As a 500-hour certified Hatha yoga teacher, Costanza has always dedicated her work to guiding women along the path of the sacred feminine. She shares her own journey with honesty and devotion, creating a personal way of moving and expressing herself through the body—infused with harmony, grace, love, and authenticity.
The Rebozo, massage with scarves, is a technique rooted in an ancient Mexican tradition. This practice helps individuals reconnect with their bodies in an intimate and respectful way, as the person remains fully clothed and receives the massage through scarves, which act as an extension of the practitioner’s arms.
Rebozo massage works on multiple levels, guided by the intention set for the session. It can serve as a ritual of passage—an opportunity to release what no longer serves and open space for something new. Gentle, soothing, and deeply relaxing, the practice invites the body to soften as it is moved and cradled with care.

Bem vindo a Ericeira! Ericeira and its surroundings are definitely a place worth visiting for more than just three days. If you have some extra time besides joining the yoga festival there’s plenty of exciting activities to do in Ericeira.
Take a surf class
Ericeira gained more popularity after being named a World Surf Reserve in 2011. For that reason a lot of surfers are travelling to Ericeira to surf the cold atlantic ocean waves.
But also beginners can get to know the famous World Surf Reserve and take surf classes with a trained instructor. It is absolutely worth attempting and promises to be an unforgettable experience.
Stroll around the charming old town
Ericeira is not only home to good waves and a picturesque coastline but also the town center has a lot to offer. Its white blue houses and little streets make Ericeira a very charming place.
At one of the café's around Jogo da Bola you can try the famous Pastel de Nata and drink a Cafe Galao while you watch surfers carrying their boards, children playing in the square and locals chatting on the street. After you can visit the surf shops or wander in the plentiful streets in town.
Beach Hopping
Beach Hopping is always a good idea in Ericeira. In town you can choose between Praia do Sul, the south beach (where you have also a natural pool) or Praia do Norte, the north beach and praia de São Sebastião. If you are looking for a calmer sea where you can have a dip without big waves, choose praia pescadores, fisherman’s beach.
Heading north you will find one of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Ericeira, Ribeira d'ilhas that has also a cool café; instead on the south end of the town you will find the beach called Foz do Lizandro with several cafes and restaurants where you can have lunch or drinks.
